The Pittsburgh Ceili Club regularly meets on Tuesday evenings at Mullaney's Harp and Fiddle in Pittsburgh's Strip District. Our Tuesday night sessions are accompanied by live music and are free to the public. 

At 7:15 PM, free dance lessons are offered. If you have an interest in receiving dance lessons, please stand by stage and we will be happy to show you the steps.  Each month we practice a different selection of dances so our lessons are great for new or returning members!  These lessons will walk you through the current month's dance line-up.

After lessons, open dancing begins at 8:00 PM and runs until about 10:00 PM with a short break halfway through. Our "caller" will call out dance moves as each dance progresses, similar to square dancing. Ceili dancing is done in pairs, triads, and larger groups. If you would like to join in a dance, but do not have a partner, please raise your hand and we can help you find one!
